Guided sessions from world-class spiritual and holistic therapists, leadership coaches, and skilled facilitators designed to help you gain clarity, awareness, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
These sessions are designed to support rest, recovery, and inner balance, all intentionally curated as part of the experience. They function as a “Choose your own adventure” so that you can have full agency on the activities you wish to be part of.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll have access to a range of practices, from body-based treatments like massage treatments , to other experiences such as cold plunge therapy, sound healing, breathwork, energy work, mindful journaling, and art classes with local Colombian artisans.
Intentional moments designed to mark transitions throughout the experience. From the opening gathering to the fire and cacao ceremonies, these spaces invite you to slow down, reflect, and release what no longer serves you.

By this point, you’ve already stepped out of your usual rhythm. You’re more present, more connected to your body, and more aware of what’s happening within.
This day is designed to go deeper. Through movement, guided introspection, and intentional experiences, you begin to access a deeper level of clarity and understanding.
Bring it back into your life.
After going deeper, something begins to settle. What you’ve experienced starts to make sense in a different way, not as isolated moments, but as something you can carry with you.
This day is about integration and expansion. About how you take what you’ve experienced and bring it into how you think, how you communicate, and how you connect with others.
